Mindful Mondays Forest Bathing Yoga Class
Join CPAWS Manitoba for a weekly lunchtime mindfulness & movement class!

Every Monday from July 4 to September 12, 2022, experience mindfulness, movement, and connect to the natural world with Environmental Educator Avery Kash in a lunchtime 45-minute forest bathing and yoga session.
Avery will guide participants through a beginner-friendly slow flow yoga session and mindfulness meditation with a focus on connecting to nature and releasing tension. Participants will practice mindful exploration as we connect to our senses to explore the beauty within the park.
All bodies and all levels of experience are welcome in this loving and inclusive space.
Please bring a mat or blanket and a journal for this workshop.

About Avery Kash
Avery Kash is a former classroom teacher and a 200H Registered Yoga Teacher from Manitoba. Avery’s creative flows invite participants to courageously connect to their heart while bringing softness, stillness and connection in the mind and body.
Avery works with CPAWS Manitoba as our environmental educator, combining her love for education and nature.

CPAWS Manitoba takes the safety of all program participants seriously.
All CPAWS Manitoba staff members have cleared a criminal record and vulnerable sector background check with the Winnipeg Police Department.
All CPAWS Manitoba staff members voluntarily disclose that they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. We adhere to all public health recommendations and guidelines.
CPAWS policy requires that at least one person leading programming that may involve children must be certified in first aid. This applies to staff or to volunteers.
