Nature Journaling Workshop
Join Riley Chervinski, communications and events coordinator at CPAWS Manitoba, for a nature journaling workshop where she’ll introduce you to the creative mindfulness practice.
In the one-hour workshop held outdoors at Assiniboine Park, you’ll learn tips, techniques and interactive activities to get you started on your own nature journaling journey.
Nature journaling is an incredible practice that helps connect us to the outdoors and offers a better understanding of the world we live in.
This type of journaling involves immersing oneself in nature, practising quiet observation and encourages curiosity of the plants, animals and landscapes all around us.
