CPAWS Manitoba Paddleboard Beach Day
Learn to paddleboard on the waters of Grand Beach in support of CPAWS Manitoba!
Join us for a paddleboard beach day on August 21 with Allstoke Outdoor Company!
Allstoke is offering one-hour paddleboarding lessons to get you comfortable on a board. This class is great for first-timers or those looking to learn and practice their technique. Lifejackets, paddleboards, and instruction are all provided. These lessons are appropriate for adults and kids 12+.
We’ll keep things light and simple – your job is to have a good time and enjoy the outdoors. Lessons begin with the fundamentals, including learning how to be safe on the water, paddle technique, and how to handle your board. You will also learn the proper way to mount your board, kneeling, basic turns, standing, forward stroke, and more!
25% of sales from lessons will be donated to CPAWS Manitoba to help #KeepManitobaWild.
What to bring: bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, a hat, and a snack.
